JaiLi Dual Chain Freewheel Drive transmission for the Huasheng 49/53cc
Time to know the 2 main differences between chain drive gear boxes for HuaSheng 4 stroke 53/49cc engines.
We had Mr. Chen at JiaLi modify his famous 6 to 1 ratio Dual Chain Freewheel Sprocket Drive transmission to utilize our proprietary 10T and 9T slide drive sprocket design that enables easy rear wheel chain alignment. A much more desirable feature than a fixed position sprocket.
Check out the main difference between BikeBerry's stationary sprocket version of the JaiLi Transmission and the Gru-Bee version.
( see 2 pictures of the differences below )
FYI: 9T slide sprockets are available under separate item order.
Heads up: The sound of a Chain Sprocket Drive transmission may be louder than that of a T-Belt drive transmission however it's smaller, less expensive and lighter weight.
For those who calculate, the drive ratio is 6 to one. Don't understand? The centrifugal clutch bell turns 6 times to 1 turn of the 10T outboard 415 chain drive slide sprocket. The final drive ratio depends on the size of the bike wheel drive sprocket which can be 32T to 56T.
