RIGHT SIDE Multi-Speed Shift Kit. 

NOTE:  Fits 28mm Steel seat post.

  • NOTE:  BIG PLUS!  The rear bike wheel need not be removed to fit this multi-speed jackshaft drive as would be required with single speed left side drive.      

Using this Multi Speed Shift Kit is just like shifting a motorcycle. 

Works with Shimano 6 or 7 speed cluster or better yet with a 5-speed HD hub axle that allows shifting while not moving, ie: at a Stop light.  

OPERATION:  The right-side Jackshaft chain drives down to the right-side freewheel pedal sprocket attached to a 1/2x3/32" chain sprocket that drives the bike's Multi Speed rear axle.      Due to the difficulty of pedal starting a rope pull or drill start Gt5A-ES or a SkyHawk Avenger-ES > 2 stroke engine is a basic requirement.    If you think otherwise that is up2U.

Salient Feature: This kit allows mounting our 2 stroke engines in center-line Mid-Frame.   THEREFORE, THE ENGINE IS NOT attached to an Offset bracket, it sets in the middle frame where it belongs.  

Got a Aluminum frame bike with 32mm dia. steel seat post?    No problem just order our Jackshaft kit made for an Aluminum frame. 

WARNING:   Our Jackshaft 2 pcs. Bracket must have 3" minimum clearance from behind the seat post to the rear tire.

  • FYI:  We only made 50 of these CNC SEATPOST Multi-Speed JACKSHAFT KITS to test the multi-speed shift kit market. 

  • NOTE: Installation is not for a faint-hearted non-mechanically challenged person.  Mechanical aptitude and small engine experience is necessary.  Sorry, We had no time to film an instruction video.  If someone wants to make one we will be glad to post it with your name for others to go by.

  • Especially designed for the Micargi Slugo 26" 4" tire bike that has 3" clearance between seat post and tire.  However, this kit may fit other brand bikes but must have 3" tire clearance and a 28mm dia. seat post. 

  • To avoid a return for non-fit please ask questions and measure your bike before ordering to avoid a 25% restocking charge. 

  • By using our CNC solid billet jackshaft bracket your 2-stroke engine remains in middle frame position same as would be in a standard 2"-inch tire single speed bike thus giving best balance and professional look.   Problem solved!

  • Up until now the only way to fit an engine on a 4" tire bike was to offset the engine to the left.  With a our  Jackshaft Shift Kit an offset engine is not required.  Problem Solved

  • Included in this kit is a SOLID billet CNC cut spacer block and 2 long M8 studs that allows the engine to be pushed forward for Downtube attachment.  PROBLEM SOLVED

  • OPERATION:  The Seat Post Jackshaft Bracket allows the engine to drive a left side 17T sprocket and on the right side is your choice of a 9T or 10T sprockets driving a chain to a bottom bracket sprocket with freewheel going back to the multi-speed rear bike wheel.  Problem solved

  • The problem of how to tighten the engine left side chain is solved by using our Cam Lock Hub, same idea as used in our 4G 4 cycle transmission.  Problem solved!

  • Customer must make their own DIY sheet metal right side chain guard and obtain the required 415 drive chains.   ( Therefore, Chains and chain guard are Not Included. )   

  • NOTE:  BIG PLUS!  The rear bike wheel need NOT be removed to fit our jackshaft multi-speed shift kit.   

  • How fast can you go with Multi-Speed shift kit?  That depends on your 9 or 10T jackshaft drive sprocket selection and rear wheel drive teeth ratios, head winds and weight of driver with terrain conditions, and aftermarket engine modifications.  So please don't ask due to too many variables!
